The rejection is from the Exchange and it could be because of KYC validation pending.

Hi @Ushnota, Upstox have re updated my email id and phone number with CVL KRA just now after it has been validated with CVL KRA alreay and now I have to revalidate and will lose more time. I have already submitted the screenshot with KYC status as “NEW KYC Validated” why did they re update email id and phone number with KRA?

We had to reupload the KYC because your earlier modification status was rejected with reason that mobile number and email ID verification was pending. Hence, we reuploaded the details to ensure validation goes through and that you do not face any issue. It was to help you.
And now, all you have to do is just wait for the Exchange and CDSL to unblock your account after they independently verify all the details.
hi @Ushnota, Please check screenshots attached to Track your ticket - ID[#7918127] as per this my modifications were validated and I have an email confirmation from CVL KRA person Shreya I can share it also. My details were validated successfully on 5th september itself as per screenshot and mail from CVL KRA. NO rejections of modification at all. I think your system is wrong and is re uploading KYC despite my CVL KRA KYC being in validated status
@Ushnota, my number and email id has been verified and I have screenshots of the same shared in ticket ID above, also the KYC has been re uploaded today and I have completed verification and attached aadhar matching validations. please prioritize
