I am also facing the Non-compliance issue, i read the article that you shared and on the CVL KRA is showing validated status.

Even Iā€™m facing same issue. Still upstox cant resolve it. And customer care is not resloving the issue.No updates is given over the mail. Even thogh Iā€™m asking for update no replies and update. They havenā€™t given any ETA for issue.

Iā€™m experiencing some of the worst customer experience where in customer care doesnā€™t resolve the issue. Even I applied for adding bank account it is still not be able to resolved. No updates over the tickets. Without resolution tickets arr closed. Worst ever customer experience.
