16585: not a valid account number

Hello can anyone help me on this issue please because when I tried to place orders it’s showing 16585: not a valid account number. My aadhar and pan card is linked also…but still showing the same…

I am not able to place order as it’s showing 16585; Not a Valid account number error.
Aadhar and PAN is already linked and reflection in Upstox too. Please do the needful.

I’m getting 16585 - Not Valid Account Number and my order get rejected because of this issue I’m not able to close my holed position and now I’m getting more loss for this position please help me on this till last Friday my account was working properly.

I’m also continuously trying to call upstox customer care, but no one is responding and because of these 16585 errors I already lost some amount and not my position is in loss mode it is just because of Upstox inconvenience.
