I am not able to place a buy order,end of the process it says 16585: not a valid account number,it is showing the same since three days,I don’t understand why.
Can anyone please let me know if you have a solution,it would be great from your side.

As we see, your Aadhar card and PAN card are not linked as per Exchange. Hence, Exchange is failing this order. We request you to link your PAN and Aadhar card at the earliest and update us.
You can do so by visiting the PAN-Aadhar linking page in the app’s Profile section.

Since you mentioned linking your Aadhaar card and PAN card a long time ago, that shouldn’t be the issue. If you had linked late last week, it would likely be available tomorrow. It is taking the tax authorities 5 days on average to update NSDL.
