We checked now and found out that your PAN-Aadhar linkage is still pending as per KRA records. We are following up with them since you have confirmed that your PAN-Aadhar has been linked recently.

@Ushnota Hi Ushnota I received this new email from upstox for validating my kyc , and i checked that kyc was updated many days ago , so i did same as mentioned in email and raised a new ticket as it was mentioned in email. Here’s attached material below.

Hi Ushnota, I’m having the same issue, showing error code 17177 Invalid pan number.
Even after updating my KYC in CVL KRA. Still showing the same error and I’m unable to trade in upstox.

I got your email, but it mentioned in email that I have to provide a gazette copy of name change.
Actually, I had a correction in my name according to my aadhaar, not any changes in my name to provide gazette copy.
Can I attach my aadhaar copy with that is that sufficient.
