Hi team,
From past 10 days I am waiting for upstox to update my ifsc code and it’s still under process and nobody , absolutely nobody from upstox team is helping me. The only response I get in email or customer care is we will resolve it as soon as possible. It’s really frustrating and shows how such a small task takes days and days to be done on upstox and really makes me doubt their credibility.
From 20th June my previous bank ifsc code will stop working. And till now nobody from upstox is taking responsibility.
I even opened a ticket (8557302) but it’s useless.
