Help Needed: Issues with Bank Accounts in Upstox

Hi Upstox Support,

I’m facing a couple of issues with my bank accounts linked to my Upstox account and need assistance:

  1. New Bank Account Still Processing
    I added my ICICI Bank Current Account XX5625 on 17th April 2025, and it was supposed to be added within 48 working hours. However, it’s now 24th April 2025, and the account is still showing as “under processing.” Could someone please expedite the processing of this account?

  2. IFSC Code Issue with Old Bank Account
    The IFSC code for my old linked bank account is set to 0000, and there’s no option to update or correct it. I contacted support via phone, and they mentioned that the delay in processing the new bank account is why I can’t update the IFSC code or make changes to the old bank account. While normal withdrawals are working, I’m unable to use instant withdrawals due to this issue.

I’ve attached screenshots of these issues. Can someone from the support team look into this as soon as possible?
