I am writing to follow up on an unresolved issue regarding my bank account details on Upstox. I have raised three tickets for this query (9437344, 9463905, 9430492), but the issue has persisted for the last One month.
Initially, my name was incorrectly updated, which has since been resolved. However, I am now unable to update my bank account information. My previous bank, Corporation Bank, merged with Union Bank of India, which resulted in a change of the IFSC code. Upstox is not allowing me to change the IFSC code or update my new bank details to match my name.
This is a serious issue, and I have not received a proper response from your customer care team for the past month. Due to this banking problem, I am unable to close my account or make any trades, and my funds are currently stuck.
I kindly request an urgent resolution to this matter.
