I can Still see that name is Chandra Chandra babu only.
Recently I updated the Name in PAN Card with Chandra Chandra Babu Naidu.
Can you Update my PAN Card KYC I think it will automatically Update my Name in UpStox as well

I raised an ticket with Online Process Did you checked that I want to update the name through Online Process. Is there a way to delete PAN Card and Re-Add?

Unfortunately, offline process is the only option available to update the name as of now, since there is no provision for online process from regulators. You can follow the steps mentioned above to expedite the process, thanks.

I have sent all the required documents regarding the name updation in the PAN Card after marriage. But then I started receiving the message that there is a signature difference as well in the name correction form.
I have asked many many many times to share and let me know where exactly the difference is coming but not even a single relevant response on that, everytime itās just the automated messages in the email.
My signature is same on all my documents including Pan Card, bank account, and all the official documents. I donāt know where exactly the signature is wrong. I have done the same signature on name correction form as well. You can match it with my ID documents also.
Also on upstox, you ask for the digital signature which needs to be done on touch screen of phone/tab and there is a possibility of 0.1% going here and there.
Everytime I receive the same email response to get the signature corrected in bank account, pan card etc and to send a new courier of documents. Please let me know how can I correct my signature in all my banking documents when all the signature are exactly same to what I sent in the pan card name correction form.
Iām really fed up with this kind of pathetic service where Iām not even to withdraw my own money because if this illogical reasons and delay. Iām paying all the brokerage and commission fees to you people for providing a smooth and better service but it is way way much poor and downgraded as compared to other companies like Groww etc.
Reaching out to you to get a suitabl and timely resolution to my issue and help me continue my journey with this platform.

Have tagged you specifically because I have seen people getting the desired and timely resolution very effectively from your end on this platform. Hoping that you will resolve my issue as well.
Please note that this is also a major reason why I have stopped further investing in my account on Upstox and started investing in my husbandās account on Groww. Iām sure that Upstox must be losing out the customer and business due o this as well.
Hence I request you to resolve this issue on a top most priority to allow me to continue investing on Upstox. Thanks.
