Hi @Ushnota, as informed earlier, you are are also sending the similar default and automated statements for which I have already clarified the issue in the first post.
How can I correct the signature on my documents and PAN Card and get it verified from bank when it is already correct what I have sent to you in the name correction form and it is correct everywhere on all my legal documents.

I have asked many many many times to share and let me know where exactly the difference is coming but not even a single relevant response on that, everytime itās just the automated messages in the email.
My signature is same on all my documents including Pan Card, bank account, and all the official documents. I donāt know where exactly the signature is wrong. I have done the same signature on name correction form as well. You can match it with my ID documents also.
Also on upstox, you ask for the digital signature which needs to be done on touch screen of phone/tab and there is a possibility of 0.1% going here and there.
Everytime I receive the same email response to get the signature corrected in bank account, pan card etc and to send a new courier of documents. Please let me know how can I correct my signature in all my banking documents when all the signature are exactly same to what I sent in the pan card name correction form.
Iām really fed up with this kind of pathetic service where Iām not even to withdraw my own money because if this illogical reasons and delay. Iām paying all the brokerage and commission fees to you people for providing a smooth and better service but it is way way much poor and downgraded as compared to other companies like Groww etc.

Our team gave you a call again today and explained that there is still a mismatch between the signature on the form and the documents provided by you. As informed, we require a proper signature on the form as well as on all the listed documents. Kindly share the documents so we can close this at the earliest, thanks.
I have shared the correct signature on the mail as per the guidance given by your team and they told me that they will immediately confirm whether that signature is correct or not by checking internally. Post that I can do the same signature on all the documents and send.
But Iām yet to hear anything from your team even after 2 follow up emails from my side. Can you look into this and arrange for the confirmation please.
@Ushnota this matter is still not closed a d Iām kind of really fed up with the kind of service and support that Iām getting. Again I have done everything what was asked for but still not able to hear back from your team since last 2 days. I have sent some 4-5 follow up mails also but still no confirmation and no calls from executive named āNeelamā.
@Ushnota yes but they told me that it will take around 2 hours only to check the signature and confirm. But they have taken 2 days for that and not yet confirmed. It is completely unacceptable.
Yes. Withdrawals only require an active user profile and meeting IMPS criteria (if youāre using IMPS). Thereās no name-matching check on withdrawals.
@Ushnota as discussed with the team on call, they checked the documents on mail and accepted the same and confirmed me to send the courier. But after receiving the courier today, it is coming in automated email that notorized marriage certificate is missing which I have already sent in the first courier and it is already available with your team. Thatās why they told me on call not to send it again in courier.
Request to take it up on a top most priority basis and close the matter by updating the name since it is going on since months now.
@Ushnota I have already sent the marriage certificate which was notorized by the gazetted officer and is valid in all the ways. I have discussed the same on the call before sending the courier and basis that only I have sent the courier maāam. They told me not to send the marriage certificate again since it is already available from the previous courier. Request you to not trouble me anymore please as Iām doing the same thing what your team has asked me to do. I have sent courier 2 times already and also invested my efforts, time and money into that couple of times. Please arrange to close the issue and do the name correction now since itās been quite a long time, request to not trouble me to that extent where I should stop using this platform and ask for the account closure itself. I have written an email to Mr. Ravi Kumar also regarding this, my humble request to expedite this case and close the issue.
