Not getting resolution- Name updation issue

@Ushnota Need help with this ongoing issue which is now never ending since last few weeks.

I have sent all the required documents regarding the name updation in the PAN Card after marriage. But then I started receiving the message that there is a signature difference as well in the name correction form.

I have asked many many many times to share and let me know where exactly the difference is coming but not even a single relevant response on that, everytime it’s just the automated messages in the email.

My signature is same on all my documents including Pan Card, bank account, and all the official documents. I don’t know where exactly the signature is wrong. I have done the same signature on name correction form as well. You can match it with my ID documents also.

Also on upstox, you ask for the digital signature which needs to be done on touch screen of phone/tab and there is a possibility of 0.1% going here and there.

Everytime I receive the same email response to get the signature corrected in bank account, pan card etc and to send a new courier of documents. Please let me know how can I correct my signature in all my banking documents when all the signature are exactly same to what I sent in the pan card name correction form.

I’m really fed up with this kind of pathetic service where I’m not even to withdraw my own money because if this illogical reasons and delay. I’m paying all the brokerage and commission fees to you people for providing a smooth and better service but it is way way much poor and downgraded as compared to other companies like Groww etc.
