have an issue logging into my Upstox account due to a name mismatch error. A few years ago, I corrected a spelling mistake in my father’s name on my PAN card. Now, when I try to log in, the system flags the name discrepancy.
I have already raised a support ticket, #9673212, and have all my other documents ready as references. My main question is: How can I obtain a gazette confirmation to resolve this, given that it was only a spelling correction, not a full name change for myself?
I need help on this to get Upstox to accept my updated details and restore my account access.
