Name error in the upstox profile

My upstox account has been dormant for very long time. So I decided to close the account. I tried to reactivate it by doing KYC, but I got a name mismatch error. There is a spelling error in my name on the upstox platform. However, same error is not there in my NSDL/CDSL statements. My previous statements with RKSV didn’t have this error. The name in NSDL statements matches well with the name in my PAN card, but on upstox portal I see this error in my name. I am not aware how this error happened.

I tried to contact customer support staff. They asked me to submit name modification forms, annexure, and self attested copy of gazette document demonstrating name change. I replied that when no change has happened, how can we produce the gazette document. I think this process is not at all relevant for our case. In spite of writing two mails, I have n’t got any reply. I hope someone from upstox address this issue soon.
