Name mismatch while Reactivation KYC

Hi,

My upstox account is not active. I tried to activate and it requested for KYC. When I proceeded, it’s giving an error that “The name on your PAN does not match with the name on your profile”. Please guide on how to get back full access to my account since i got email that my account has been frozen and will be closed in 30 days. I have active bonds in my account.

I created case #9497821 but its not moving forward and not enough help from customer care.

@Ushnota Please note that support already mentioned to me on call earlier that there is nothing wrong on my end and this issue is prevailing for many customers.
