I raised a request to update my Bank IFSC code, but it is still under process after TAT. It is not even giving me an option to add another bank account. My ticket ID is 8555626

Level 1 is useless. It is AI based & doesn’t understand any issue that is not fed from backend
Level 2 only creates the ticket for you.
Level 3 only confirms that your ticket is being generated.
Level 4 just promises to get back once they get reply from backend.
I am starting to proceed the closure of account & move to Zerodha or Groww or any other brokerage app.
