I am trying to update my bank IFSC code and it still showing in processing for almost 2 months now.
I have raised ticket for the issue and for 1 month i got no response from them except a auto reply mail that they are looking into it. That too it came long back. I even rasied a new ticket but they cancelled my new ticket, stating that there is already a ticket for the same issue. but the old ticket they are not willing to resolve it. The old ticket they never respond for the issue. its been pending for almost 2 month now. Not sure why its taking two month to update a simple IFSC code. now i have no idea how to resolve this issue
@Ushnota Today i got the mail saying that the request to update the IFSC code has been successfully completed, but when i checked my profile the IFSC code is not updated and it is same as the old one. And they mentioned in mail that they will charge me ₹50 + GST for updating the IFSC. But the IFSC is not updated and they are charging me. Could you please help. day by day it is getting worse
Still this issue is not resolved. They have asked me to cancel my SIP and try to update IFSC once again and I did the same. Still my request is pending. Now it going to be 3 months for this request
