IFSC Code Update Pending for 12 Days – Unable to Withdraw Funds(Ticket : # 9609704)

Hi team,

It has been over 12 days since I requested an update to my IFSC code, and it’s still showing as under process. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress or meaningful response.

I raised multiple tickets (#9609704) I even spoke with a support executive who assured me that this issue would be treated as a priority, and I also replied to the email communication I received — yet, absolutely nothing has moved forward. Every time I contact support, I only receive the same generic message: “We will resolve it as soon as possible.”

Because of this delay, I am now unable to withdraw my funds, which is unacceptable and it’s extremely concerning that such an essential request is being ignored for so long.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and it seriously makes me question the reliability of Upstox’s support process. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that I receive a clear confirmation once the IFSC code is updated.
