I am writing to follow up on a critical request to update my primary bank account IFSC code, which has been pending processing for over 20 days.

Due to this significant delay, I am currently facing difficulty withdrawing my funds. Whenever I try to reach the support team everytime they say the same thing as they are working on it but still no update from last 20 days.
I request one of the following to be executed immediately:
Expedite and approve the pending IFSC code change request without further delay.
Cancel the pending request immediately so that I can attempt to re-initiate the process or submit an alternate bank account.
Please confirm the action taken and provide a resolution timeline. I have attached the screenshot confirming the pending status for your reference.
