Unable to close my account (6TA6VB)

Hi Team,

I would like to close my Upstox account (6TA6VB) for now. However, when I go to the Account Closure option and select a reason, it shows that I have an outstanding amount in my wallet. In reality, my wallet has no outstanding balance.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed?
