I am trying to close my Upstox account, but it is still showing an outstanding balance of ₹354, even though I have already paid the AMC.
I want to clearly state that I do not wish to continue my account or pay AMC for another year. Please help close my account within the current AMC period, as I am unable to do so from my end.
Kindly verify the payment, clear the balance, and initiate account closure at the earliest.
