I am reaching out to share my situation and seek advice or support from fellow members and Upstox representatives here.
I opened my Upstox account around two years ago but never traded or used it actively. Recently, I found that AMC charges have been imposed on my account despite no activity, causing my wallet balance to go negative.
I have tried contacting Upstox support multiple times to get my account closed without clearing these charges, as I have not benefited from any paid service. Unfortunately, my requests have not been resolved, and they are insisting I clear the negative balance before closure.
If anyone here has faced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to get this resolved, please share your experiences. Also, if Upstox representatives can clarify their policy or help escalate this issue, it would be highly appreciated.

@Ushnota - Would you please intervene itās been long time I am trying resolve this with your Level 1 support however Iām not able find the satisfactory response. Eventually, I would left with no choice but to write to Scores for mediation.
