Need Help – Account Closure Not Resolved

I have been trying to close my Upstox account, but I am not receiving any satisfactory resolution from support.

My account was originally opened under the “Lifetime Free AMC” offer, yet AMC charges have been applied even though I have not done any trading. I have already raised closure requests, but the issue still remains unresolved
