Unable to close my upstox account

Hi @upstox please help me close my upstox account.

My account id is 56BQ5E

When I click on close account from profiles, it shows me ensure no nfo position and close account button is disabled. There is no active position. Please close my account. I have not create any ticket. I just try to do it my own. Team please close my account
