I tried to close my account
I reached to the Sign Document option, which button is clearly not working, seems like deliberetly make it like so.
Reached out to the help from chat window, give some solution form the FAQ, which i tried already and then reached out to them. Still problem not solved.
Then reached out via support @ upstox email, which seems to be using AI to classify if it has already been solved, like I have not tried everything, and it solved it automatically within 2 mins, and send again the link of the FAQ, clearly the software team is not good.
Now any idea how can i close my Account, as no support is real support it seems like that.
