Discrepancy of AMC charges

Dear Upstox Support Team,

I am writing to request clarification regarding the current balance status in my Upstox trading account. As per the app, my account is showing a negative cash balance of ₹-354.00, which includes:

Opening Balance: ₹-88.50

Unpaid Charges: ₹-265.50

I have not made any trades, fund additions, or withdrawals recently. I kindly request your assistance in providing:

  1. A detailed breakdown of the unpaid charges amounting to ₹265.50.

  2. The reason for the negative opening balance of ₹88.50.

  3. Any steps I need to take to resolve this and bring my account to a normal state.

Hi,
I am also facing the same issue. I haven’t made any trades, fund additions, or withdrawals recently, yet my account shows:

Opening Balance: ₹-176.99
Unpaid Charges: ₹-265.50

Even if I assume the unpaid charges might be the AMC, I don’t understand why the opening balance is negative. Can someone from the support team please clarify this?
