I will be highly obliged if you kindly look into the recent discrepancy, I have noticed in my Upstox account ledger balance.
It shows negative 354/- rupees balance in my account. I have escalated this complaint with ticket id #9574753. I received a reply from your end which I am not satisfied with. I would like to remind you that my account has been opened under lifetime free offer. And there was no proper notification before deducting annual maintenance charges from my account. There was only the generic email with annual maintenance charges deeply hidden inside in a link which is mostly avoided while reading the mail. So, I believe deducting annual maintenance charges without proper notification is undesirable and unjust.
I would be highly obliged if you kindly help with this issue and get my ticket resolved.
