I want to close my upstox account. But there is one share with ISIN IN9737B01023 which is shown as suspended or not in use. Due to which I am not able to close my account. I tried transferring the share off market which was unsuccessful. Since the debit is blocked I am not able to do closure cum transfer or dis. Whenever I raise tickets they are asking to do closure cum transfer. I genuinely don’t have much time as I need to close this account for my job purposes within 1 week. Let me know since this share is already been suspended can the account be closed by marking this as an invalid share from your end.

Hi Team, thank you for considering my issue. I have received the response to send the closure cum transfer statement offline.. I have done that now your team is saying they can’t process it offline. I need to do that online. Please take these matters as serious as my joining date is near I need to close this account as soon as possible. So please help me to solve this.
