I would like to request the closure of my Upstox account. I have already transferred all my mutual funds out of my CDSL account linked with Upstox. However, my portfolio on the Upstox platform still displays mutual fund holdings.
I’ve already raised a support ticket (ID: 9428580), but I haven’t received a resolution yet. Could someone from the support team please help expedite the closure process?
Hi @Ushnota, my support ticket (ID: 9428580) is still unresolved. Support keeps suggesting actions that aren’t possible on Upstox’s own platform. Could we please get this resolved within two weeks? I’d really like to avoid this continued back and forth.
To everyone reading this: Opening an account and investing through Upstox is extremely easy. However, closing the account and moving funds out has been a frustrating experience, requiring repeated follow-ups and escalations. I’m glad I’m closing my account—this experience has made that decision even easier.
