Issue with Closure cum Transfer

I am writing to highlight an ongoing issue I’ve been facing while attempting to close my account through the Closure cum Transfer request process. I am unable to proceed past the “Review & Sign Your Application” screen, as the functionality appears to be non-operational.

Despite raising multiple support tickets to resolve this, I have not received any response from your customer service team. I also attempted to reach out via the live chat support, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist and merely directed me to follow up via email. I reached out to customer service over chat, complaints, compliance and your co-founder Mr Ravi Kumar over emails. Still no response even after 15 days. It shows the customer commitment of Team Upstox. Is there anyone to help on this issue?
