CDSL Easiest authentication is pending

I have requested authentication for my CDSL Easiest Account and raised a ticket with ID ‘9324557’. I also had a chat with an agent, but their response was a standard copy-and-paste message. I feel that an AI chatbot would provide better assistance than these agents.

I reached out again and created a new ticket, sending an email to support@upstox.com. The new ticket ID is ‘9322071’, but I received a reply stating that it is a duplicate ticket and that the team is working on ticket ‘9324557’. It has been three days, and I have not received any response.

I even came across information online suggesting that Upstox may be intentionally delaying the process to prevent users from transferring their shares. This is extremely poor service. I am considering closing my Upstox account to avoid being unsupported

Dear Ushnota,

I am facing the same problem multiple ticket raised, chated with agent and also requested on mail but no support or response received. I am daily sending mail upto topup and reminder escalation matrix also not responding.

I am very thankful if you approve my trusted account BO ID and also send me one time password to transfer my shares.

Due am very harassed with Upstox poor service and my husband also very upset because due to my husband company policy me and my husband only invest or trade through its organisation platform demat because my husband is pms certificate advisor in share market and comes in under compliance due to my Upstox account but no one helping me to transfer of my stock and closing my account.

Easiest account login done but DP Authentication is pending to approve trusted BOID account.

Understand me and my husband current situation.

Kindly approve my Trusted BO ID Authentication Request and send one time pin to transfer of shares. Due to compliance and company policy I cannot sell my holding only transfer is a solution.

It’s pending from last 15 days and my husband job in trouble so understand the situation and help me.
