CDSL Easiest authentication is pending

I have requested authentication for my CDSL Easiest Account and raised a ticket with ID ‘9324557’. I also had a chat with an agent, but their response was a standard copy-and-paste message. I feel that an AI chatbot would provide better assistance than these agents.

I reached out again and created a new ticket, sending an email to support@upstox.com. The new ticket ID is ‘9322071’, but I received a reply stating that it is a duplicate ticket and that the team is working on ticket ‘9324557’. It has been three days, and I have not received any response.

I even came across information online suggesting that Upstox may be intentionally delaying the process to prevent users from transferring their shares. This is extremely poor service. I am considering closing my Upstox account to avoid being unsupported
