Tech Glitch: Ghost Mutual Fund Holdings preventing Account Closure

I have transferred all my mutual funds to a new broker. My CDSL statement confirms my Upstox Demat holding is ZERO. However, the Upstox app still shows these funds in my portfolio.

When I try to sell, it says ‘Zero Holdings,’ but the system prevents me from closing my account because it detects these non-existent assets.

Please manually refresh/sync my portfolio to remove these ghost entries so I can proceed with account closure

Its been a week since i have been sending mails to upstox support and community and compliance . I am frustrated with the service . I will have to reach out to SEBI score if things dont find momentum soon.
