I have observed few times, that if we are having 3 to 4 chart layout, out of those layout anyof the layout which are used frequently, changes its name automatically to the another layout which is used simultaneously. Also many a times when you use upstox app, over there sometimes you find it synced with layouts in web based, whereas many a times, it is un synced, that means you cant find any of your web based layout in app.
Particularly upstox app is of no use ,using it for more than 5 mins also is like a head ace, and unfortunately there is no one there who responds on problem faced in upstox app.
This happens due to the recent release of chart sync across platforms.
On refresh, the platform picks the last updated layout + chart and loads it.

And on the drawings getting skipped during save, we had a chat with the Tradingview team on this and theyāve rolled out an update to us. Weāre rolling out a bigger release in the coming months where you can have unlimited and unrestricted number of charts and no-cap on the memory consumption!

wow, thatās a great news, so you mean to say no need to have multiple charts layouts and there will be unlimited memory available for chart drawing and no more drawing getting deleted complain.
