Hi Mohit , hope you are doing well, yaar my all drawings from one of the layout got deleted in front of my eyes…. while loading the layout.
I just opened my webpage, and on opening i changed the layout, the webpage was stuck for a few seconds in loading , and after pause of few seconds, when it got loaded, the loaded layout was without drawings, and when i checked other scripts, none are having any drawings.
Such erratic behavior of program every few weeks is not at all acceptable yaar,
Plz connect on g meet and get it diagonise

Hoping to find a solution on this soon, and reinstate my lost drawings, as i don’t have any mental strength left to rethink on all the aspect and sketch the charts again and again to jst see them getting vanished.
Plz help me retrieve my lost drawings as they maybe roaming here and there lost in cloud, jst need to locate them.

Is there anyway, I can get my lost drawings which are roaming somewhere in cloud ?.
Or else I should start replotting all the charts like earlier, and hope this time arround they wont get vanished , but eventually someday they will and the saga continues.
Its been months now, why dont we get some permanent fix for it.

So being hope full that someday in coming weeks, we may be able to find the drawings which are roaming somewhere in cloud, but cant keep on waiting and stop my work, I have to restart once again and be optimistic that things will be resolved.
So optimistically I made a new layout and started plotting charts in that fresh layout, so that troubleshooting can be done in that previous layout. I plotted say around 25 to 30 charts, and jst to be sure that fresh drawings are getting saved, so i went up to start checking it, and was frightened to see first few charts drawings maybe around 7 to 8 charts out 20 -30 charts freshly plotted, those fresh drawings have jst vanished.
This are serious concern and needs serious attention towards it.

Yep, I totally get your pain. As I had said last week, we are working on a few changes related to our charts and that will be ready by February.
Due to your high memory bandwidth load, a few “Save” api calls do not hit our server and drop-off. Hance the drawings reflect on your screen when you do them, but on refresh they go away.
A new layout with less than 100 scrips should not be an issue though.
My concern is that, how come all the drawings like arround 150 plus drawings get deleted while changing layout, this is coz it is not able to load the layout, and the broken or old layout is updated instead of the latest one, and hence it dosent contain any drawings.
