Facing layout issues from the past 3-4days..While working on the chart is in sync (drawings) irrespective of my layout setup but then if the page reloads only one chart/ timeframe has my drawings intact out of the 2-3-4 screens. Lost my fav toolbar as well around the same time, had to remake it. Is it a glitch or how do I sort it ? Pretty irritating.

Could you please share a full screenshot of the issue, along with the platform (TV or PW3) where it is occurring? I need a screenshot similar to the example below.
Also, please confirm whether the drawing sync feature is enabled or not? Thanks.
Will provide you cases so that you understand the issue better. Assume 3 screen layout setup throughout.
Case 1 : Previously I worked on the PAYTM & ETERNAL and drew few things and charts were in sync only, which after reload were gone from left and right. Only center screen had my drawings intact. This happens on uptstox TV as well the Pro Web.
Also, earlier Upstox Web never really had drawings or layout setup. Like I always work on 3 screen but Webâs default has been1 screen layout only.
NOW, after update which happened 3-4 days ago, Upstox Webâs default chart has become Upstox TVâs chart (same layout setup). Maybe this update is glitchy.
Case 2 :Drawing sync feature is enabled.
I just drew teal colour thing right now so that itâs a confirmation that charts are in Sync. I reloaded it once it was there. Twice it was gone. So system is doing âpick and choose what to save and what not toâ.
Basically I have no option but to keep saving SS so that I remember what I drew.
Apologies for bit lengthy but hope I clarified everything.

Heyy ! Looks like there were âChart Sync globally v/s Chart sync in Layoutâ Options, under this blue drawings tab. Maybe they werenât there previously.
Now, I have chosen â Chart Sync globallyâ so it works. Everything is clean & works as of now. Hopefully wonât be an issue further.
