Your drawings, indicators, layouts and marks, now show up on all platforms when you make a change in another. This makes your trading and analysis seamless across devices.
How it works and updated experience
Your previous drawings and layouts have moved to the cloud and synced during the first launch since the update. (This is an automatic background process and does not require any action)
Every 5 seconds, charts Auto-save the data and push it to the cloud
The latest added/synced Layout + Chart, will automatically load when you launch Upstox on other platforms or refresh an alternate tab
Incase of your network issues at times, the charts attempt previous changes also to be saved and synced globally
Make sure you have the Auto-save on!
On Upstox Pro-Web, you can find this under Profile Icon → Settings → Autosave Charts
I haven’t received a response to my earlier query.
Could you please confirm whether Global Sync is supported on Chart360?
My Chart360 desktop layout and trendlines are not reflecting on the Chart360 mobile app. Kindly clarify if this is a limitation or if any setting needs to be enabled. By the way Global Sync is on in the settings.
So Global Sync works… but not for Chart360?
And this is supposed to be the “premium” interface.
On mobile, drawing trendlines on such a small screen is already tough.
Desktop drawings also don’t sync. So chart360 index chart is almost useless on the go.
And no landscape mode either.
Basic usability between desktop and mobile should be there.
