I have reactivated commodity segment. I have received activation e-mail also. But I can not put an order. It gets rejected showing message - EXCHANGE:CLIENT CODE xxxxxx IS INACTIVE.
I have put ticket No. 8793665, but still not resolved. Please revert.

Sorry to Say, But I am not getting why the resolution taking this much time and why in my upstox account its showing everything activated. after getting everything activated i am not able to place trade. and the biggest thing is is ticket is opened on 9th April and since its going to be a week for this ticket but i didn’t receive any solution for it.
whose issue is this i would like to understand is it from exchange side or the broker’s platform side. let me know i will escalate it.

Even I got the same issue and raised the ticket (#9138451) on 11th April 2025.

Still the issue is not resolved. please revert.
