EXCHANGE: CLIENT CODE xxxxxx IS INACTIVE

I have reactivated the commodity segment and received the activation email also. I have added funds to my commodity wallet. However, I am unable to place an order as it gets rejected with the message: “EXCHANGE: CLIENT CODE xxxxxx IS INACTIVE.”

I have already raised a ticket (Ticket id: 8983650), but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly look into this. Please revert.
