Dear Sir,
I had cancelled by sip with upstox on 28/10/2025. Initially i had faced issue with cancelling the sip. Somehow after several followups i am able to cancel the SIP. Post cancellation, i observed the amount i had invested is far less than the amount reflecting in the account.
Furthermore, I saw some sell orders were initiated on 03.03.2025 (in detailed statement available on upstox), but I did not initiate those sell orders. If I had, the amount should have been deposited into my account. However, i cannot see any credit entries against it primary bank account.
Is there anyone who is facing some problem? Even i had emailed complaince team (Ticket No: 9634274) No one is responding. If you call them they will just reply that i am highlighting the issue but nothing happens. I am filling complaint in SEBI SCORES portal as well.
