I have an Upstox account which I created more than a year ago. I have invested in some stocks, but never in Mutual Funds before. Recently I decided to place a one time order in a mutual fund, but at the final step I encountered an error that read - “Your order couldn’t be placed as your Upstox mutual fund account is not yet opened with exchange. [143]”. I checked all the account settings but there isn’t any activation button for mutual funds specifically. And my account is not deactivated either because I bought shares just yesterday. Below is a screenshot of the error -

I am facing issue when I am try to place MF money is getting deducted after i am getting Error:’ It’s saying “rejected because *payment not initiated from client end”*’
I am facing from so many days.when i was raised a ticket in upstox they are saying from upstox side no issue may be u r having issue with Stock Exchange side.
They are suggesting go for Mandate.
Why it is happening could you please make me understand, every time how is it possible.
Why we are choosing app, because it’s flexible and easy to invest.
