Discrepancy in Mutual Fund Holdings – Missing Funds and Reduced Quantities

I am writing to report a discrepancy in my mutual fund portfolio linked to my demat account. I have purchased multiple mutual funds for last 8 years; however, I noticed that:

  1. Some of the mutual funds I purchased are not visible in the mutual fund portfolio section.
  2. For a few funds that are visible, the quantity shown is lower than the actual units purchased.

These discrepancies are concerning, and I request a detailed investigation into the issue. Are anyone facing same issues?
