I have transferred my mutual funds and stocks from Upstox to another broker. The stocks have been successfully moved and updated, but the mutual funds section remains the same and still shows all my holdings.

It is same for many clients. Totally disgusting and harrassing. No fair system here in upstox, so leave asap after settlement which is also harrasing, and seems these kind of issues are created by them kept unresolved intentionally.

Tried to close upstox account, but the next step-button is kept disable/inactive (grey color) somehow, even though there is no any issue actually. First it was showing wrong mutual fund holding (which already transferred to another account) with non-transferrable/ not can be sold because of zero balnce, raised more than 10 ticketc with relevant images, communiacte in phoone many times but not resolved.
After that I transferred the mutual fund again back to upstox to resolve the problem, but now the mutual fund holding not showing in upstox even after 7 days from the date when settled by cdsl.
May I know the latest relevant ticket IDs so that I can check this internally? Thanks.
