Mutual Fund holdings still shows after being transferred to Another account

Hi, i have transferred my share and MTF from previous upstox account to new Upstox account. Mutual fund is showing in holding but not on my portfolio.
I raised ticket 20 days ago and taking regular follow up but issue didnot resolved.

Same ticket(9431674). As mutual stock is not showing in portfolio,someone from customer care told to manage discrepancy showed in holding and i have to fix it but i could not download ledger report of previous Upstox account as it is already closed.

@Ushnota Got a mail from Srushti Lele from Upstox team,in which she mentioned the she is not able to provide buy price as no trade is showing in my Upstox account. I have already mentioned here and in mail as well that my fund and stocks were transferred to old Upstox account to new Upstox account and all discrepancy must be settled by Upstox but getting baseless reply. Please go through in my numerous previous mails.

Please resolve it.. My account is transferred from Upstox to Upstox only and as my previous account is closed, i am not able to do it from my side.

Hi, any update. Still my mutual fund is not showing in portfolio and shares are showing in discrepancies. Its almost a month, i am following these issues, wrote numerous mails, did many calls but not resolved the issue.
