The rejection is from the Exchange and it could be because of KYC validation pending.

Once you raise a ticket, let us know the ID and we will get in touch with you soon.

It is showing modification under process

Your account will get unblocked in 2 workings days after KYC is registered. Thanks.

I’m getting invaild account number even after completing all the KYC details
