IFSC not updated on account of Bank Merger

HI,

I have raised ticket # 9672914 which is not resolved for more than 10 days.

Issue - I had account with Syndicate Bank which merged with Canara Bank in 2020.

The IFSC Code in my CMR is SYNB0005481. My request is to get it updated to CNRB0015481.

This simple request is is taking forever to be resolved.

I am not receiving my Interest payments due to this issue.
