I have placed GTT order for Nifty but when price reached that level it falied

Hi ,

I have placed GTT order For NIFTY on 18th November with Target and SL but when priced reached to SL it failed saying “Something went wrong please try again in sometime”
This is really pathetic if you are taking charges from us and providing such kind of services then i want resolution for this immediately. I am attaching screenshot for this

Please respond ASAP this is really serious issue for traders . I am going to upload this on social media as well

We checked this issue and found out that earlier today few orders were in a pending state. This has now been resolved. Please re-login and place a fresh order now if you wish to. Thanks.

But due to ur issue I lost my money. It’s not my mistake you should have informed this to users. Tell me the solution for this asap

We pay you maintaince charge for using this app. And if this is going to happen. I think I should Upload this on quora, linkdin. This is not acceptable.

Hi , it’s almost a week now , still no call, email regarding the process. Just imagine if money was credited due to some technical glitch in my account then you guys immediately withdraw from my account but not taking any actions now. I will wait one more day for this or else I will post this chat on LinkedIn and social media about upstox service @Ushnota @Upstox
