I have placed GTT order For NIFTY on 18th November with Target and SL but when priced reached to SL it failed saying “Something went wrong please try again in sometime”
This is really pathetic if you are taking charges from us and providing such kind of services then i want resolution for this immediately. I am attaching screenshot for this
We checked this issue and found out that earlier today few orders were in a pending state. This has now been resolved. Please re-login and place a fresh order now if you wish to. Thanks.
We pay you maintaince charge for using this app. And if this is going to happen. I think I should Upload this on quora, linkdin. This is not acceptable.
I was waiting for whole day for a call or any further process for this issue but looks like nothing is happening. Please help me or I need to write on social media, this follow up is not possible for me . I am your customer/User . Not expected this from such broker

Hi , it’s almost a week now , still no call, email regarding the process. Just imagine if money was credited due to some technical glitch in my account then you guys immediately withdraw from my account but not taking any actions now.
