Today (1st April 2025), while options trading, i placed CE at 127 with an SL of 107. Market fell, but my SL wasn’t executed, which caused more loss. This never happened before, was this a system glitch? Or server was slow?
Will I be compensated for this?

many problem in chart360 through trading. same problem today i place 23450 ce above 120.10. at 9:27 am 1 APRIL 2025 but not exeute and price amazing move then cancelled by me. this trade order id GTT-C25010400023270 you should chek it. this is not first time many many times happened. plz improve chart360
