My Client Code is 43027529 and I’m talking about order id GTT-C24080800184334
I placed a GTT order for NIFTY 24200 CE for a price ABOVE 25.20. The same is visible in screenshot. However the order was placed at 24.93 i.e. when price had not broken level I wanted. This resulted in trade going down and loss of Rs, 7920/-. Kindly advise why this happened and what I can do to avoid such problem
I’ve already incurred a loss without my fault and If I don’t get a satisfactory reply, I might have to move to another broker. Kindly revert at the earliest on the contact details in my record
