@Ushnota I just got a call from upstox support team, they were offering me only 75% of my total loss, for which only and only upstox was responsible. This is very damaging for your reputation. How do i trust upstox as a broker? First because of upstox, traders like me have to bear a loss, on top of that upstox is not ready to take accountability of it, and they still have the audacity to ask me if is it okay to bargain? Is upstox truly a responsible broker in this scenario? I want 100% of my loss refunded which was caused by upstox, there is no in between.
