GTT-C25120300010258: Order remained in Open state, despite price went below the trigger price

Hi Team,
Placed an GTT order via API at 09:20 - > GTT-C25120300010258
The Entry leg trigger was set below 107, the price went below, but my entry order remained in Open state.

later around 09: 23, I updated the entry leg to 102, price went below 102 as well, but my entry order remained in Open state.

Hence I have to cancel the GTT order.

Please explain, why the entry order was not completed.
Note: This is for NIFTY 22700 CE NFO 20MAR25, which is very liquid, so I dont think there is any liquidity issue.

I have shared the GTT order number, is it so hard to fetch the user details from the order number?
