Getting frequent error in api login- “Request aborted [500]”

While doing login to uplink api, after filling the mobile number, when i click on “Get OTP”. The web page gives the response “Request aborted [500]” in the bottom of the web page as shown in the screenshot and because of this the login process get stuck.
I’m facing this issue from past 1 month. also this problem is not only with me. other clients of uplink api also getting the same error.
Please look into it.

Also i have raised the ticket, the upstox team told in the response of ticket to create a post on uplink api community.

I’ve been dealing with the same issue for a month.

We have investigated the problem with our CDN service provider. It appears the issue could have been caused by stricter security measures affecting traffic from outside India. We’ve addressed this by implementing the necessary modifications earlier today with them.

Please clear your cache and attempt access once more. It should be functioning correctly now. Let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.

the error occurring frequently since last one week. app working OK. tried everything, different browser, different computer, even mobile browser… If upstox cannot help, i will go back to zerodha, which is working fine.
hope upstox consider the problem at most priority.
I am using from Saudi, dont say security error, its working sometimes…
